Section 1: Update My Shipping Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch with us. However, if your order has already been picked up by the transporter, it will not be possible to change the address.
Section 2: Monitor My Shipment
If your order is shipped with a national Expedition, you will get an email with a track & trace link to follow your order. For orders shipped by local couriers, no track & trace links will be provided. You can choose your delivery day at checkout, and they will notify you of the delivery time window the day before delivery.
Section 3: Missed Delivery
For orders sent by national expedition, if you are not at home, the order will be offered to your neighbors or delivered to the nearest pick-up point, and you will receive a notification from the expedition. For delivery by local courier, you must be at home to receive your order. If you are not there, and a new shipment needs to be arranged, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
Section 4: If your order hasn’t arrived
Please contact us so we can find out why your order hasn’t arrived.
Section 5: My order is defective or damaged.
We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. If you receive damaged or damaged items, please take photos of the damage and send it to us. We will then arrange pick-up and replacement if necessary.
